Healthy Eco Home Inspections
Jon Cotham is the investigator who will sleuth out and locate the source of environmental toxins in a home or workplace, then consult and offer solutions to create a healthy space. Jon combines extensive training, (see About page), with state of the art testing equipment to find the solution to create your healthy, beautiful home or workplace. Each inspection includes a comprehensive written report with recommendations on how you can improve the health of your space and thereby the health of your family or employees. Jon can then recommend appropriate remediation techniques, equipment and professionals.
Healthy Eco Home Evaluation
1 1/2 - 2 hour. In home or business evaluation and consultation focused on your specific needs. You have 3 options to choose from;
A general evaluation on the condition of your home or business where we will identify areas for improvement and recommend your Healthy Eco Home Plan of Action. This evaluation covers building materials, moisture problems, mold and fungus, allergens, EMFs, VOCs, HVAC, energy efficiency and lighting.
A focus on a particular area of concern. We will evaluate this area in more detail and recommend your Healthy Eco Home Plan of Action.
A consultation and evaluation of your construction or remodeling project, and recommend your Healthy Eco Home Plan of Action.
Healthy Home Comprehensive Inspection
6-8 hours. Includes Indoor Air & EMF inspections combined. A comprehensive evaluation of your home or business and report with findings and recommendations.*
Indoor Air Inspection
3-4 hours. Includes investigation of your home or business for mold and fungal contamination, testing for natural and propane gas leaks, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide levels, radiation in building materials, & report with findings and recommendations.*
Mold Inspection and Testing
2-3 hours. Includes investigation of your home or business for mold and fungal contamination, & report with findings and recommendations.*
EMF Inspection
3-4 hours. Includes testing of your home or business for AC Magnetic Fields, AC Electric Fields, and Radio Frequency "RF", with detailed emphasis on one sleeping area and report with findings and recommendations.*
